Cute... Would have been nice if you changed the color between the bowl and the gerbil. Just to add some variety. I would think the waves would subside a bit more and become more subtle in the distance. Looks as though those waves are rough enough to overtake the diminutive gerbil. I like how you have it sliced so you can see the depth of the water. +4

Good comp. I like the transparency of the water. The gerbil is quite cute. I agree with the comment of AshenWraith about the perpective of the ocean. I'm not quite sure how I feel about the sky? +3
